ORDER CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY FOR IN-PERSON AND ONLINE EVENTS

All tickets purchased for in-person and online events organized by are non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to wine tastings, workshops, seminars, and any other events hosted by our organization. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including, but not limited to, personal emergencies, scheduling conflicts, illness, or any other unexpected situations.

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us in advance of the event with the name and contact information of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket.

In the rare event that we cancel an event, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation costs.
